Meet K. A. Monaco

Kim Monaco, born in Pennsylvania, is now a resident of Maryland with her beloved husband and best friend, Mark, and their two frisky sibling English Setters. She holds a Bachelor of Science, but her first love is writing, which began early in life.

Two consistent themes run through her books: strong, confident women placed in challenging circumstances that prove their emotional strength, and love.

Romance is not her sole genre. She enjoys science fiction, history, fantasy, and action/adventure, not only as part of each book, but in her own reading. And perhaps a bit of horror at times.

She weaves obscure details all through her writing, drawn from her personal interests in history, psychology, the erotic mind, other cultures, physics, faith, and language.
